Actually, i'm not really for the idea of forcing myself to work when i'm feeling really sick. Bad quality code comes out of me when i'm feeling sick/tired/sleepy.

In my previous job, I once fell ill for 5 days straight with a really bad flu and the project deadline was really close. I continued staying in the office trying to force myself to work, but at the end of the week I realised that my productivity has been so low, I might have done that whole week's work in 1-2 days when i'm healthy. I think alot of it is caused by fixing the buggy code that was produced earlier in the week, hahaha.

So I learned my lesson to not force myself to work when i'm too sick. Just take a rest for a day or two, then charge ahead again.

Oh ya...what a coincidence. :)

The lousy part also is it's really hard to force yourself to work when you are not feeling well. You too, take a good care of yourself. Let's get well soon.

Whhat a coincidence, I too fell ill recently with a bad bad case of diarrhoea and fever.

One of the things that I miss from working for someone else is the ability to get an MC, make a medical claim and just rest at home without any guilt. Don't know about you, but everytime I fall ill now, I feel guilty for not working. And because the medical bill comes out from my own pockets now instead of just "the company", it stings even more.

Get well soon Herry!
